Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders across Pakistan.

Orders placed by 4:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) are dispatched the next working day through our registered courier service. Orders placed after 4:00 PM ship within 2 working days. Orders received on Sundays and national holidays are processed and shipped on the next working day.

Standard delivery takes 4 to 7 working days (excluding Sundays). During peak shopping seasons or mega sales, delivery may take up to 7 working days.

All deliveries must be signed for on receipt. Our delivery team makes at least two attempts to deliver to your address, so please keep your phone reachable.

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn and unused, in the same condition you received them, with tags and original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Email support@herculeanknight.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The fastest way is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund goes to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may need additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@herculeanknight.com.
